2.      MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide certification by the President of Pakistan in order to preserve, protect and assert the sovereignty and integrity of Pakistan [The Pakistan Sovereignty Bill, 2009].

6.      Further consideration of the following motion moved on 15th May, 2006:-

 

“That the Bill further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2005], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.”.

 

7.      MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move that the Bill further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2005], be passed.

 

8.      MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move that the Bill further to amend the Specific Relief Act, 1877 [The Specific Relief (Amendment) Bill, 2003], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

12.    MR. TARIQ AZIM KHAN to move that the Bill further to amend the Members of Parliament (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1974 [The Members of Parliament (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Bill, 2009], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

COMMENCED RESOLUTIONS

 

14.    Discussion on the following resolution moved by Dr. Khalid Mehmood Soomro, on 27th July, 2009:-

 

“This House recommends that the loans written off by the Government Departments, Banks and Financial Institutions so far may be recovered immediately.”.           

 

15.    Discussion on the following resolution moved by Mr. Muhammad Talha Mahmood, on   5th October, 2009:-

 

 

“The House recommends that water filtration plants may be installed in each city and village of the country to save the people from water borne diseases.”. 

 

R E S O L U T I O N S

 

16.    HAFIZ RASHID AhmAD to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that immediate steps may be taken for the revival of sick industrial units in the country.”. 

 

17.    MR. WASIM SAJJAd to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House resolves that 11th August be celebrated every year as International Tolerance Day in Pakistan and outside to commemorate and propagate the message of the Quaid-e-Azam of peace, tolerance and goodwill between all religions, cultures and communities as contained in his speech of that day.”. 

 

18.    Mr. Muhammad Ali Durrani to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that effective steps be taken for development of Bahawalpur.”.       

 

 

19.    DR. MUHAMMAD ISMAIL BULEDI to move the following resolution:-        

 

“This House recommends that effective measures be taken by the Government for use of Urdu as an official language and for other purposes on priority basis.”. 

 

20.    Begum Najma Hameed to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that un-employment allowance be paid to all un-employed persons in the country.”.

24.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move that the House may discuss the Housing Policy of the Government with particular reference to the housing schemes for low paid government employees.
