3A.    MR. AHMED ALI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance and Revenue, to present report of the Committee on the Bill further to amend the Federal Board of Revenue Act, 2007 [The Federal Board of Revenue (Amendment) Bill, 2009].

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

3B.    DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that under rule 236 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the requirement of rule 87 of the said Rules be dispensed with in order to move that the Bill further to amend the Federal Board of Revenue Act, 2007 [The Federal Board of Revenue (Amendment) Bill, 2009], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

3C.    DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Federal Board of Revenue Act, 2007 [The Federal Board of Revenue (Amendment) Bill, 2009], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

3D.    DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Federal Board of Revenue Act, 2007 [The Federal Board of Revenue (Amendment) Bill, 2009], be passed.
