ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that under rule 236 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the requirement of rule 87 of the said Rules be dispensed with in order to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2009], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.
