3. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to make provisions for free legal assistance to the indigent persons [The Public Defender and Legal Aid Office Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

6. MR. SHAUKAT FAYAZ AHMED TARIN, Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development, to move that the Bill to grant degree awarding status to the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics [The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics Bill, 2010], be passed.
