4. Further consideration of the following
motion moved by Makhdoom Shahabuddin, Minister
for Health, on
“that the Bill to provide for removal,
storage and transplantation of human organs and tissues for therapeutic
purposes [The Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Bill, 2009], as
passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.”.

5. MAKHDOOM
SHAHABUDDIN, Minister for Health, to move that the Bill
to provide for removal, storage and transplantation of human organs and tissues
for therapeutic purposes [The Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Bill,
2009] be passed.
6. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to make provisions for free legal assistance to the
indigent persons [The Public Defender and Legal Aid Office Bill, 2010], as
passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
