SHAUKAT FAYAZ AHMED TARIN, Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development, to move that the Bill to provide for free competition in all spheres of commercial and economic activity to enhance economic efficiency and to protect consumers from anti-competitive behavior [The Competition Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

13.      MR. SHAUKAT FAYAZ AHMED TARIN, Minister for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development, to move that the Bill to provide for free competition in all spheres of commercial and economic activity to enhance economic efficiency and to protect consumers from anti-competitive behavior [The Competition Bill, 2010] be passed.
