on the Bill to provide for prevention of money laundering [The Anti-Money
Laundering Bill, 2010].

5. SENATOR NAEEM HUSSAIN CHATTHA to move
that under sub-rule (2) of rule 5 of the Rules for Conduct of Business of the
Mediation Committee, Chairman Senate may be authorized to nominate three Members
of the Senate as Members of the Mediation Committee including its Chairman
against the vacancies caused on the retirement of Chairman and two members of the Mediation
Committee on the Bill further to amend the Code of Civil Procedure [The Code of
Civil Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2008], as passed by the Senate and not passed
by the National Assembly within ninety days of its receipt.
6. SENATOR NAEEM HUSSAIN CHATTHA to move
that under sub-rule (2) of rule 5 of the Rules for Conduct of Business of the
Mediation Committee, Chairman Senate may be authorized to nominate five Members
of the Senate as Members of the Mediation Committee including its Chairman against
the vacancies caused on the retirement of Chairman and four members of the Mediation
Committee on the Bill to provide for restriction on dowry and marriage gifts
[The Dowry and Marriage Gifts (Restriction) Bill, 2008], as passed by the
Senate and not passed by the National Assembly within ninety days of its
receipt.
7. SENATOR NAEEM HUSSAIN CHATTHA to move
that under sub-rule (2) of rule 5 of the Rules for Conduct of Business of the
Mediation Committee, Chairman Senate may be authorized to nominate four Members
of the Senate as Members of the Mediation Committee including its Chairman
against the vacancies caused on the retirement of Chairman and three members of
the Mediation Committee on the Bill further to amend the Limitation Act, 1908
[The Limitation (Amendment) Bill, 2008], as passed by the Senate and not passed
by the National Assembly within ninety days of its receipt.

Senate a copy of the Federal Value Added Tax Bill, 2010, under Article 73 of
the Constitution, for making recommendations, if any, thereon to the National
Assembly.
