Economic Affairs and Statistics, to lay on the Table of the Senate a copy each
of the following Money Bills, 2011, under Article 73 of the Constitution, for
making recommendations, if any, thereon to the National Assembly:-

Petroleum Products (Petroleum Levy) (Amendment) Bill, 2011. |

The
Gas Infrastructure Development Cess Bill, 2011. |

AHMED MUKHTAR, Minister for Defence, to move that the Bill to give effect in Pakistan to the
Conventions concerning international carriage by air known as the Montreal
Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by
Air 1999 and consolidate the law and applicable international conventions in
relation to international carriage by air [The Carriage by Air Bill, 2011], as passed by the National Assembly,
be taken into consideration.

AHMED MUKHTAR, Minister for Defence, to move that the Bill to give effect in Pakistan to the
