ORDINANCE TO BE LAID

 

3.      MR. MOULA BAKSH CHANDIO, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to lay before the Senate the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 2011 (Ordinance No. V of 2011) as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

 

LAYING COPIES OF THE MONEY BILLS

 

 

4.      DR. ABDUL HAFEEZ SHAIKH, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Planning and Development, Economic Affairs and Statistics, to lay on the Table of the Senate a copy each of the following Money Bills, 2011, under Article 73 of the Constitution, for making recommendations, if any, thereon to the National Assembly:-

 

 

(i)

The Petroleum Products (Petroleum Levy) (Amendment) Bill, 2011.

(ii)

The Gas Infrastructure Development Cess Bill, 2011.

 

5.      DR. ABDUL HAFEEZ SHAIKH, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Planning and Development, Economic Affairs and Statistics, to move that the Senate may make recommendations, if any, to the National Assembly on each of the following Money Bills, 2011, under Article 73 of the Constitution:-

 

(i)

The Petroleum Products (Petroleum Levy) (Amendment) Bill, 2011.

(ii)

The Gas Infrastructure Development Cess Bill, 2011.

 

 

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

6.      CHAUDHRY AHMED MUKHTAR, Minister for Defence, to move that the Bill to give effect in Pakistan to the Conventions concerning international carriage by air known as the Montreal Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air 1999 and consolidate the law and applicable international conventions in relation to international carriage by air [The Carriage by Air Bill, 2011], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

7.      CHAUDHRY AHMED MUKHTAR, Minister for Defence, to move that the Bill to give effect in Pakistan to the Conventions concerning international carriage by air known as the Montreal Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air 1999 and consolidate the law and applicable international conventions in relation to international carriage by air [The Carriage by Air Bill, 2011] be passed.
