3.      DR. ABDUL HAFEEZ SHAIKH, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Planning and Development, Economic Affairs and Statistics, to lay before the Senate the  Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Annual Report 2011, as required under sub-section (6) of section 25 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 (Act No. XLII of 1997).

4.     DR. FIRDOUS ASHIQ AWAN, Minister for National Regulations and Services, to move that under rule 263 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the requirement of rule 120 of the said Rules, be dispensed with in order to take into consideration the Bill to provide for the establishment of Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan [The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, Bill, 2012], as passed by the National Assembly.

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

5.     DR. FIRDOUS ASHIQ AWAN, Minister for National Regulations and Services, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan [The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, Bill, 2012], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

6.     DR. FIRDOUS ASHIQ AWAN, Minister for National Regulations and Services, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan [The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, Bill, 2012] be passed.

7.      Further discussion on the following motion moved by Col. (R) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi on his behalf and on behalf of Mr. Hamza on 6th September, 2012:-

 

“The House may discuss the law and order situation in the country with particular reference to target killings and sectarian violence in Balochistan, Karachi and Gilgit-Baltistan.”.

 

ADJOURNMENT MOTION

 

8.     Further discussion on the admitted adjournment motion moved by Mr. Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Leader of the Opposition, and Col. (R) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi on 16th October, 2012 on the following subject:-
