3.      SENATOR MUHAMMAD KAZIM KHAN, Chairman, Standing Committee on Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to present report of the Committee on the Bill to provide for investigation for collection of evidence by means of modern techniques and devices to prevent and effectively deal with scheduled offences and to regulate the powers of the law enforcement and intelligence agencies and for matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto [The Investigation for Fair Trial Bill, 2012].

 

ORDINANCES TO BE LAID

 

4.      MR. FAROOQ HAMID NAEK, Minister for Law and Justice, to lay before the Senate the following Ordinances as required by clause (2)(a)(ii) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:-

 

(i)

The Services of Pakistan (Redressal of Under-Representation) Ordinance, 2012 (Ordinance No.VII of 2012)

 

(ii)

The Establishment of the Office of Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman) Order (Amendment) Ordinance, 2012 (Ordinance No.VIII of 2012)

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

 

5.      MR. A. REHMAN MALIK, Minister for Interior, to move that the Bill further to amend the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 [The Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2012], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

6.      MR. A. REHMAN MALIK, Minister for Interior, to move that the Bill further to amend the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 [The Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2012] be passed.

 

7.      MAKHDOOM MUHAMMAD AMIN FAHIM, Minister for Commerce, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan [The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan Bill, 2012], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

8.      MAKHDOOM MUHAMMAD AMIN FAHIM, Minister for Commerce, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan [The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan Bill, 2012] be passed.
