2.      COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move for leave to introduce a Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2013]. (Amendment of Article 63).

 

3.      COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to introduce the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2013].

 

4.      MR. ABDUL HASEEB KHAN to move for leave to introduce a Bill to establish the Pakistan Pharmacy Council to regulate the practice of Pharmacy [The Pakistan Pharmacy Council Bill, 2013].

6.      COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the House may discuss the increasing financial losses of Pakistan Railways.

 

7.      MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move that the House may discuss the issue of unemployment in the country and its effects on social life.

 

8.      COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the House may discuss the situation arising out of non-vacation of government quarters by the Estate Office Islamabad from the unauthorized occupants.

 

9.      MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move that the House may discuss economic situation of the country with particular reference to prevailing price hike of all commodities.

 

10.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the House may discuss the prevailing law and order situation in the country.

 

COMMENCED RESOLUTIONS

 

11.    Consideration of the following resolution moved by Mr. Muhammad Talha Mehmood on 28th January, 2013:-

 

“This House recommends that effective steps be taken to eradicate manufacturing and sale of spurious and substandard drugs in the country.”.


RESOLUTIONS

 

12.    MR. KARIM AHMED KHAWAJA to move the following resolution:-

 

The House recommends that the Government may take effective steps to implement the international obligations regarding global warming and control environmental pollution in the country. The Federal Government may facilitate provincial governments to observe the international standards specified by the United Nations relating to tree plantation, disposal of waste, protection of sea, rivers, canals, creeks and lakes from waste, protection of forests and control pollution of all types in their areas.”.

 

13.    MR. ROZI KHAN KAKAR to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that publishing Quranic verses and its translation in the newspapers may be banned immediately in order to preserve the sanctity of the holy text.”.

 

14.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that the Government may take effective steps to overcome energy crisis in the country.”.

 

15.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the infrastructure of PIMS and Federal Government Poly Clinic Hospital, Islamabad may be extended to accommodate increased number of beds in all wards.”.

 

16.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the Government may take effective steps for uplift of industrial sector in the country.”.
