3. SENATOR HAJI MOHAMMAD ADEEL, Chairman, Standing
Committee on Foreign Affairs, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of
the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay
in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill to provide certification by the President of Pakistan in order to
preserve, protect and assert the sovereignty and integrity of Pakistan
[The Pakistan Sovereignty Bill, 2010], be
condoned till today.
REPORT OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE - PRESENTATION OF:
4. SENATOR HAJI MOHAMMAD ADEEL, Chairman,
Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, to present report of the Committee on
the Bill to provide certification by
the President of Pakistan in order to preserve, protect and assert the sovereignty
and integrity of Pakistan [The Pakistan Sovereignty Bill, 2010].
LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS
5. MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law,
Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill further to amend the Legal
Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar
Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2014], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken
into consideration.
6. MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law,
Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill further to amend the Legal Practitioners
and Bar Councils Act, 1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils
(Amendment) Bill, 2014] be passed.
7. MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law,
Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill to repeal the Federal Court
Act, 1937 [The Federal Court (Repeal) Bill, 2014], as passed by the National
Assembly, be taken into consideration.
8. MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law,
Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill to repeal the Federal Court
Act, 1937 [The Federal Court (Repeal) Bill, 2014] be passed.
9. MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law,
Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill further to amend the National Judicial (Policy Making)
Committee Ordinance, 2002 [The National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee
(Amendment) Bill, 2014], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into
consideration.

Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill further to amend the National Judicial (Policy Making)
Committee Ordinance, 2002 [The National Judicial (Policy Making) Committee
(Amendment) Bill, 2014] be passed.

BABAR to draw attention of the
Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division to a
matter of sufficient public importance regarding issuance of SRO altering the
terms and conditions of some services groups to their disadvantage in
contravention of the provisions of the Civil Servants Act, 1973.
