3. SENATOR MRS. KALSOOM PERVEEN, Chairperson, Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the subject matter of starred question No.35 asked by Senator Haji Ghulam Ali, on 29^th January, 2013, regarding the date of creation of plot No. 29-G (4089 Sq. yards) in Sector G-9, Islamabad and the purpose of its creation, be condoned till today.

8. MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to introduce the Bill further to amend the Companies Ordinance, 1984 [The Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2015].

9. MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to introduce the Bill to amend the Stock Exchanges (Corporatization, Demutualization and Integration) Act, 2012 [The Stock Exchanges (Corporatization, Demutualization and Integration) (Amendment) Bill, 2015].

ORDINANCE TO BE LAID

10. MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, to lay before the Senate the Gas Infrastructure Development Cess Ordinance, 2014 (Ordinance No.VI of 2014) as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
