SENATOR MUHAMMAD KAZIM KHAN, Chairman, Standing Committee on Law and Justice, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860, the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 and the Qanoon-e-Shahadat Order, 1984 [The Anti-Rape Laws (Criminal Laws Amendment) Bill, 2014], be condoned till today.

SENATOR MUHAMMAD IDREES KHAN SAFI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Information Technology and Telecommunications, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on a Point of Order raised by Senator Pervaiz Rashid, on 24^th January, 2012, regarding a tender notice published in a Newspaper on 24^th January, 2012, by the PTA under the caption “Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) with applications for auction of mobile cellular License / Spectrum (3G/4G/LTE etc.), be condoned till today.
