13.    MR. FARHATULLAH BABAR to move that this House may discuss the issues relating to the recently established National Commission on Human Rights (NCHR).

 

14.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that this House may discuss the situation arising out of environmental / climate changes in the country.

 

15.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that this House may discuss the situation arising out of low profit rate on National Saving Schemes.

 

16.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that this House may discuss the effects of transfer of wealth from Pakistan on its economy.

 

RESOLUTIONS

 

17.    SARDAR MUHAMMAD AZAM KHAN MUSAKHEL to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the status of a university should not be granted to PIMS so that free medical facilities presently being provided to the poor patients in that institute may continue.”.

 

18.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that the Government should take necessary steps to provide electricity to those areas in the country which do not have this facility so far.”.

 

19.    MR. FARHATULLAH BABAR  to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends to the Government to enact appropriate legislation to provide for right to appeal in all  suo-moto cases.”.

 

20.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

 

                             “This House recommends that the Government should take necessary steps to check increase in prices of life saving drugs by the pharmaceutical companies in the country.”.

 

21.    COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-

 

“"The House recommends that the Government should take effective steps to promote religious harmony in the country.”.
