MUHAMMAD MOHSIN KHAN LEGHARI to move for leave to introduce a Bill
further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The
Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2015]. [Substitution of clause (1) of Article 140A]

8. Discussion on the
following motion moved by Col. (R) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi on 18th
May, 2015:-
“The
House may discuss natural gas load shedding in the country.”.
9. Discussion on the
following motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Usman Khan Kakar on 18th May,
2015:-
“This
House may discuss the situation arising out of intrusion of FC in the affairs /
authority of the Provincial Government and interference in provincial autonomy
of Balochistan with particular reference to the agreement / contract made by FC
with illegal lease owners of coal mines in Harnai and imposition of taxes on
the same at their own.”.
10. Discussion on the
following motion moved by Mr. Nisar Muhammad on 6th July, 2015:-
“this House may discuss the
responsibility of the Federation in pursuance of Article 148 of the
Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”.
11. Discussion on the
following motion moved by Syed Shibli
Faraz on 6th July, 2015:-
“the House
may discuss the steps taken by the Government to broaden the tax base in the
country.”.

following motion moved by Mr. Saleem Zia on 6th July, 2015:-
“this House may discuss the situation
arising out of issuance of fake degrees / certificates in the country.”.

recently established National Commission on Human Rights (NCHR).

recommends that the Government should take necessary steps to provide
electricity to those areas in the country which do not have this facility so

House recommends to the Government to enact appropriate legislation to provide
for right to appeal in all suo-moto
cases.”.

House recommends that the Government should take necessary steps to check
increase in prices of life saving drugs by the pharmaceutical companies in the
country.”.
