HINA RABBANI KHAR, Minister of State for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development, to lay before the Senate the Third Quarterly Report for the year 2009-2010 of the Central Board of Directors of the State Bank of Pakistan on the state of Pakistan’s economy, as required under section 9A (f) of the State Bank of Pakistan Act, 1956.

5. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code [The Pakistan Penal Code (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
