2.      Further consideration of the following motion moved by Ms. Hina Rabbani Khar, Minister of State for Finance and Economic Affairs, on 19th March, 2010:-

 

“That the Bill to provide for prevention of money laundering [The Anti-Money Laundering Bill, 2010], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.”.

3.      MS. HINA RABBANI KHAR, Minister of State for Finance and Economic Affairs, to move that the Bill to provide for prevention of money laundering [The Anti-Money Laundering Bill, 2010] be passed.

4.      MR. SALEEM SAIFULLAH KHAN to move for leave to introduce a Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2010]. (Amendment of Article 248).

 

5.      MR. SALEEM SAIFULLAH KHAN to introduce the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Amendment) Bill, 2010].

 

COMMENCED RESOLUTION

 

6.      Discussion on the following resolution moved by Dr. Khalid Mehmood Soomro on 27th July, 2009:-

 

“This House recommends that the loans written off by the Government Departments, Banks and Financial Institutions so far may be recovered immediately.”.           

 

R E S O L U T I O N S

 

7.      HAJI GHULAM ALI to move the following resolution:-

“This House recommends that in order to provide employment opportunities to the educated youth maximum age limit for Government service may be enhanced upto 35 years.”.

 

 

8.      Prof. Khurshid Ahmed to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends the Government to review the fees, service and other charges formula of the local and foreign banks operating in Pakistan.”. 

 

9.      MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that water filtration plants may be installed in each city and village of the country to save the people from water borne diseases.”. 

 

10.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“The House recommends that amount of outstanding loans granted by the Government for the construction of houses to the effectees of 8th October, 2005 earthquake be written off.”.        

 

11.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move the following resolution:-

 

“This House recommends that the procedure to grant Pakistani visas to the Muslims of other countries for Tableagh purposes be made simple and easy.”.

12.    DR. MUHAMMAD ISMAIL BULEDI to move that this House may discuss the overall performance of FBR.       

 

13.    PROF. KHURSHID AHMED to move that the House may discuss the problem of unemployment in the country.

 

14.    MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move that the House may discuss the Housing Policy of the Government with particular reference to the housing schemes for low paid government employees.             

 

15.    PROF. KHURSHID AHMED to move that this House may discuss the present state of Indo-Pakistan dialogue with particular reference to water dispute between the two countries.

 

16.    DR. MUHAMMAD ISMAIL BULEDI to move that this House may discuss the overall performance of P.I.A.
