ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to lay on the table an authenticated copy of the Address of the President of Pakistan made under Article 56(3) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan before the two Houses assembled together on the 5^th April, 2010, as required by sub-rule (2) of rule 29 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988.
