3.      MS. HINA RABBANI KHAR, Minister of State for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development, to move that the Bill to provide for free competition in all spheres of commercial and economic activity to enhance economic efficiency and to protect consumers from anti-competitive behavior [The Competition Bill, 2010], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

6.      MS. HINA RABBANI KHAR, Minister of State for Finance, Revenue and Planning and Development, to move that the Bill further to amend the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 [The Banking Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2010] be passed.
