4.      SENATOR COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by Senator Mrs. Kalsoom Parveen on the alleged misbehaviour of Mr. Matiullah, Collector Custom Department, Quetta, with her, be condoned till today.

7.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to introduce a Bill further to amend certain election laws [The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2011].

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

8.      NAWABZADA GHAZANFAR ALI GUL, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002 [The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

9.      NAWABZADA GHAZANFAR ALI GUL, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002 [The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2010] be passed.
