3.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

 

4.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2010] be passed.

 

5.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to implement the International Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States [The Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

6.      DR.
