3.      SENATOR MUHAMMAD KAZIM KHAN, Chairman, Standing Committee on Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that under sub-rule (1) of       rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2010], be condoned till today.

7.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend certain election laws [The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2011], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

8.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend certain election laws [The Election Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2011], be passed.
