Procedure and Privileges, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the
Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in
presentation of report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion moved by Senator
Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim Khan on the wrong answer given to question No.85 on 31st
March, 2011, by the Ministry of Defence regarding recruitments in PIA, be condoned till today.

Motion moved by Senator Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim Khan on the wrong answer given

4. SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs,
Statistics and Planning and Development, to present report of the Committee on the proposals for making
recommendations on the Finance Bill, 2011, containing the Annual Budget
Statement, referred to it by the House on 7th June, 2011.
5. SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs,
Statistics and Planning and Development, to move that recommendations on the Finance Bill, 2011, containing the
Annual Budget Statement, as reported by the Committee, be adopted.
6. Further
consideration of the following motion moved by Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, Minister for
Finance, Revenue, Planning and Development, Economic Affairs and Statistics, on
3rd June, 2011:-
“That the
Senate may make recommendations to the National Assembly on the Finance Bill,
2011, containing the Annual Budget Statement, under Article 73 of the
Constitution.”.
