Senate Standing Committee on Communication met under the chairmanship of Senator Prince Ahmed Omer Ahmedzai here at Parliament House today for consideration of Private Member Bill Further to amend the National Highways Safety Ordinance, 2000 ( The National Highways Safety Amendment Bill,2000) introduced by the Senator Behramand Khan Tangi in the Senate on 06-01-2020 and reffered by the Hon’able Chairman Senate to the Committee on 25th January, 2021 for recommendation and report .
Chairman Committee deferred discussion on the Bill till next meeting of the committee due to non-availability of mover Senator Behramand Khan Tangi.
Committee meeting was attended by Senator Danesh Kumar, Senator Saifullah Abro, Officials from Ministry of Communications and NHA.
