The Leader of Pakistan's Parliamentary Delegation, participating in the 21st APPCED, held an important meeting with the Speaker of the South Korean Parliament on the sidelines of the conference. Senator Pervaiz Rasheed, while conveying special greetings on behalf of the Chairman Senate, also extended an invitation to the South Korean parliamentary head to participate in the upcoming Inter-Parliamentary Conference (ISC), scheduled to be held in November this year.
The South Korean leader reciprocated the sentiments and thanked the Chairman Senate for the invitation.
He also expressed gratitude to the Pakistani Parliamentary Delegation for their participation in the 21st APPCED in Seoul, South Korea.
Senator Pervaiz Rasheed noted that Pakistan attaches great importance to its ties with South Korea, and participation in this conference reflects the shared vision to work together on issues that pose a threat to humanity.
