Senator Aimal underscored the importance of regional collaboration in the digital era, particularly in ICT development, cybersecurity, and equitable digital access to bridge divides among Asian societies. He noted that Pakistan’s Digital Pakistan Vision aims to build a modern ecosystem of e-governance, digital literacy, and innovation, creating opportunities for inclusive and sustainable growth across the region.
He also highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to advancing health equity and gender equality, focusing on expanding healthcare access and empowering women through constitutional guarantees and initiatives such as reserved parliamentary seats and the Benazir Income Support Programme. Senator Aimal reaffirmed Pakistan’s resolve to work with fellow Asian parliaments to promote peace, prosperity, and shared progress through dialogue, cooperation, and mutual respect.
