Chairman Senate, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and former Chief Minister of Sindh, Aftab Shaban Mirani.
In his condolence message, the Chairman Senate paid rich tribute to the late Aftab Shaban Mirani, describing him as a principled, sincere, and loyal political leader who dedicated his life to the cause of democracy and public service. He said that Mr. Mirani’s contributions to democratic values and his lifelong commitment to the people would always be remembered.
Extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani said that he shared their grief in this difficult time.
He prayed that Almighty Allah may grant the departed soul a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and give strength and patience to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
