Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan paid tribute to the martyrs of the Army Public School (APS) Peshawar on the anniversary of the tragic December 16, 2014 attack, calling it one of the darkest chapters in Pakistan’s history. He expressed deep grief over the loss of innocent children and teachers, noting that their sacrifices for knowledge, peace, and humanity continue to inspire the nation.

He extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyrs, emphasizing that the nation remains united with them and committed to fulfilling the promises made in their honor. Syedal Khan praised Pakistan’s armed forces, under the leadership of Chief of Defence Staff General Syed Asim Munir, for their relentless fight against terrorism, asserting that terrorists will face no leniency.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s determination, he stated that the country will continue its struggle until terrorism is completely eradicated, with the government, armed forces, and citizens standing together to ensure peace, progress, and security.
