Senator Khalil Tahir Sandhu along with Shahid Rehmat visited Ali Pur to support a flood-relief distribution for families affected by recent flooding.
During the visit, essential relief items including food supplies, hygiene kits, warm clothing, blankets, medicines, and shelter support were distributed among 200 flood-affected families who had lost their homes.
The relief initiative was implemented by the Youth Development Foundation (YDF) with the support of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). Senator Sandhu appreciated the efforts of all partner organizations for ensuring transparent, timely, and dignified service delivery.
He reaffirmed the Senate of Pakistan’s commitment to standing with disaster-affected communities and supporting initiatives aimed at alleviating their hardships.
