Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasar held separate meetings with political leaders, parliamentarians, tribal elders, and civil society representatives at Parliament House today. Among those who called on him were Chairman of the National Awami Party (Pakhtunkhwa) and Member of the National Assembly Khushhal Khan Kakar, former Senator and former Provincial Minister Syed Ehsan Shah, Senator Naseema Ehsan, tribal elders, and representatives of civil society.
 
The meetings focused on the country's political, economic, and security situation, with discussions on strengthening democratic institutions, addressing public issues, promoting national unity, inter-provincial harmony, and accelerating the sustainable development of Balochistan.
 
Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasar said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, the Federal Government is giving special priority to the development of Balochistan, improvement of public services, infrastructure, and employment opportunities. He noted that Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa possess immense natural and mineral resources, whose effective utilization can significantly contribute to Pakistan's economic growth and prosperity.
 
He reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with elected representatives, tribal elders, and civil society to resolve public issues, empower youth, and promote socio-economic development. He also emphasized the Government's resolve, in coordination with security institutions, to maintain peace, eliminate terrorism, and safeguard the lives and property of citizens.
 
The visiting delegations appreciated the Deputy Chairman Senate's constructive role and expressed confidence in the Government's efforts to promote peace, development, public welfare, and national unity. The meetings concluded with prayers for Pakistan's security, stability, and the prosperity of Balochistan.
