3. MR. MUHAMMAD AFZAL SANDHU, Minister of State for Law and Justice, to lay before the Senate the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Ordinance, 2009 (Ordinance No.VIII of 2009), as required by clause (2) (a) (ii) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
