Reconciliation Ordinance, 2007 (Ordinance No.LX of
2007), as required by clause (2) (a) (ii) of Article 89 of the Constitution of
the Islamic Republic of Pakistan read with para 22(vii) of the Supreme Court’s
Judgment, dated 31st July, 2009.

ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Parliamentary
Affairs, to move that the Bill to establish NFC Institute of Engineering and
Technology Multan [The NFC Institute of Engineering
and Technology Multan Bill, 2009], as passed by the
National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

facilitate the paddy growers.
