3.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Federal Board of Revenue Act, 2007 [The Federal Board of Revenue (Amendment) Bill, 2009] as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

5.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2009] as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
