3. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to lay before the
Senate the following Ordinances, as required by clause (2)(a)(ii) of Article 89
of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:-

The National Disaster Management Ordinance, 2009 (XLIII of 2009). |
(ii) |
The Police Order (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009 (XLIV of
2009). |
(iii) |
The Patents (Amendment) Ordinance 2009 (XLV of 2009). |
(iv) |
The Competition Ordinance, 2009 (XLVI of 2009). |
(v) |
The Federal Public Service Commission (Amendment)
Ordinance, 2009 (XLVII of 2009). |
4. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to make provisions for free legal assistance to the
indigent persons [The Public Defender and Legal Aid Office Bill, 2010], as
passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
