3.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to lay before the Senate the following Ordinances, as required by clause (2)(a)(ii) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:-

 

(i)

The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics Ordinance, 2009 (XLVIII of 2009).

 

(ii)

The Trade Organizations Ordinance, 2009 (XLIX of 2009).

 

(iii)

The National Command Authority Ordinance, 2009 (L of 2009).

 

(iv)

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan Ordinance, 2009 (LI of 2009).

 

(v)

The Pakistan Army (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009
(LII of 2009).

 

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

 

4.      DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to make provisions for free legal assistance to the indigent persons [The Public Defender and Legal Aid Office Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
