3.      SENATOR COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Privilege Motion regarding non-compliance with the Constitutional provision contained in Article 61 read with Article 54(2) requiring the Senate to meet for at least 90 days in a year, be condoned till today.

 

REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON RULES OF PROCEDURE AND

PRIVILEGES - PRESENTATION OF:

 

4.      SENATOR COL. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to make provisions for free legal assistance to the indigent persons [The Public Defender and Legal Aid Office Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
