3.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Planning and Development, to present report of the Committee on the proposals for making recommendations on the Petroleum Products (Petroleum Levy) (Amendment) Bill, 2011, referred to it by the House on 31st October, 2011.

4.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Planning and Development, to move that the recommendations on the Petroleum Products (Petroleum Levy) (Amendment) Bill, 2011, as reported by the Committee, be adopted.

 

 

REPORT OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE : PRESENTATION OF

 

5.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Planning and Development, to present report of the Committee on the proposals for making recommendations on the Gas Infrastructure Development Cess Bill, 2011, referred to it by the House on 31st October, 2011.

M O T I O N S

 

6.      SENATOR AHMED ALI, Chairman Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Planning and Development, to move that the recommendations on the Gas Infrastructure Development Cess Bill, 2011, as reported by the Committee, be adopted.

 

7.      DR. ASIM HUSSAIN, Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources, to move that the requirement of sub-rule (2) of rule 87 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, may be dispensed with in order to take into consideration the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2011], as reported by the Standing Committee.

8.      DR. ASIM HUSSAIN, Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources, to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2011], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

9.      DR. ASIM HUSSAIN, Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources, to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2011] be passed.
 
10.    Minister-in-Charge of the Cabinet Secretariat, to move that the Bill to amend the National University of Modern Languages Ordinance, 2000            [The National University of Modern Languages (Amendment) Bill, 2011], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

 

11.    Minister-in-Charge of the Cabinet Secretariat, to move that the Bill to amend the National University of Modern Languages Ordinance, 2000           [The National University of Modern Languages (Amendment) Bill, 2011] be passed.

 

12.    MR. A. REHMAN MALIK, Minister for Interior, to move that the Bill further to amend the National Database and Registration Authority Ordinance, 2000    [The National Database and Registration Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
