for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for an extraordinary procedure to
investigate and determine credible claims of factual innocence [The Review of
Innocence Claims Bill, 2012].

for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for the Curative Review by the Supreme Court of Pakistan[The
Supreme Court of Pakistan (Curative Jurisdiction) Bill, 2012].

introduce the Bill to provide for the Curative Review by the Supreme Court of Pakistan[The Supreme Court of Pakistan (Curative
Jurisdiction) Bill, 2012].
6. MRS. SAEEDA IQBAL, CHAUDHRY SHUJAAT
HUSSAIN, BEGUM NAJMA HAMEED AND MRS. FARAH AQIL to move that the Bill to provide for free and
compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years [The Right to Free and Compulsory Education
Bill, 2011], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into
consideration at once.
7. MRS. SAEEDA IQBAL, CHAUDHRY SHUJAAT
HUSSAIN, BEGUM NAJMA HAMEED AND MRS. FARAH AQIL to move that the Bill to provide for free and
compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years [The Right to Free and Compulsory Education
Bill, 2011] be passed.
8. Consideration of the following
resolution moved by Mr. Farhatullah Babar on 30th April, 2012:-
“This House calls upon the Government to sign and
ratify the International Convention for the Protection of all Persons from
Enforced Disappearances.”.
9. Consideration
of the following resolution moved by Mr. Shahi Syed on 30th April, 2012:-
“This House recommends that the Government may
take effective steps to deweaponize the city of

“The
House recommends that water filtration plants may be installed in each city and
village of the country to save the people from water borne diseases.”.

situation in the country with particular reference to continuous target

20. MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move
that this House may discuss the affairs of Pakistan Railways with
particular reference to its present financial position and the condition of its
locomotives and other infrastructure.

move that the House may discuss the existing public transport system in the
country.
