ATTENTION NOTICES
9. SENATORS MUHAMMAD MOHSIN KHAN LEGHARI AND MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR to draw attention
of the Minister for Water and Power to a matter of sufficient public importance
regarding decision of the international court of arbitration’s partial award on
Kishanganga hydro electricity project in response to
Pakistan’s appeal for interim measure against the dam.
AMENDMENTS
TO THE SENATE RULES
(Under Rule 269)
10. Further
consideration of the following motion moved by Mr. Islamuddin
Shaikh on 25th February, 2013:-
“that the leave
be granted under sub-rule (4) of rule 269 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct
of Business in the Senate, 2012, to move an amendment that in rule 165, in
sub-rule (1), for the word “twelve”, the word “nine” and for the word
“fifteen”, the word “eleven” be substituted.”.
11. MR. ISLAMUDDIN SHAIKH to move, if leave
is granted, that the proposed amendment in sub-rule (1) of rule 165 be taken
into consideration.
12. MR. ISLAMUDDIN SHAIKH to move that the
proposed amendment in sub-rule (1) of rule 165 be passed.
