MUHAMMAD KAZIM KHAN, Chairman, Standing Committee on
Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to present report of the Committee on the Bill to make institutional reforms for
standardizing and harmonizing the laws relating to Federal Ombudsmen
institution of and the matters ancillary or akin thereto [The Federal Ombudsmen
Institutional Reforms Bill, 2013].
4. Consideration
of the following motion moved on 7th March, 2013:-
“that
recommendations on the Rulers of Acceding States (Abolition of Privy Purses
and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 2013, as
reported by the Committee, be adopted.”.

for Capital Administration and Development, to move that the Bill to provide
for the establishment of Capital University of Science and Technology [The Capital
University of Science and Technology Bill, 2013], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

for Capital Administration and Development, to move that the Bill to provide
for the establishment of Capital University of Science and Technology [The
Capital University of Science and Technology Bill, 2013], be passed.

for grant of Degree Awarding Status to the Pakistan Institute of Medical
Sciences, Islamabad [The Shaheed Zulfiqar
Ali Bhutto Medical University (PIMS), Islamabad Bill, 2013], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at
once.

Planning and Development, Economic Affairs and Statistics, to move that the
Bill further to amend the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act,
1997 [The Securities and Exchange
Commission of Pakistan (Amendment) Bill, 2013], as passed by the National
Assembly, be taken into consideration.
10. MR. SALEEM MANDVIWALLA, Minister for
Finance, Revenue, Planning and Development, Economic Affairs and Statistics, to
move that the Bill further to amend the Securities and Exchange Commission of
Pakistan Act, 1997 [The Securities
and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Amendment) Bill, 2013] be passed.
