RAZA RABBANI to move for leave to introduce a Bill further to amend the Financial Institutions (Recovery of
Finances) Ordinance, 2001 [The Financial
Institutions (Recovery of Finances) (Amendment) Bill, 2014].

RAZA RABBANI to introduce the Bill further
to amend the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 [The Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) (Amendment) Bill, 2014].
4. SYEDA SUGHRA IMAM to move that the Bill further to
amend the Civil Servants Act, 1973 [The Civil Servants (Amendment) Bill, 2014], as reported by the Standing
Committee, be taken into consideration at once.
5. SYEDA SUGHRA IMAM to move that the Bill further to
amend the Civil Servants Act, 1973 [The Civil Servants (Amendment) Bill, 2014] be passed.

(R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code,
1860 [The Pakistan Penal Code (Amendment) Bill, 2014], as reported by the Standing
Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

(R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Penal Code,
1860 [The Pakistan Penal Code (Amendment) Bill, 2014] be passed.
8. MRS.
NASREEN JALIL, COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI AND DR. MUHAMMAD FAROGH
NASEEM to move that the Bill to provide for the Curative Review by the Supreme Court of Pakistan [The
Supreme Court of Pakistan (Curative Jurisdiction) Bill, 2012], as reported by the Standing
Committee, be referred to a Select Committee.

NASREEN JALIL, COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI AND DR. MUHAMMAD FAROGH
NASEEM to move that the Bill to provide for an extraordinary procedure to
investigate and determine credible claims of factual innocence [The Review of
Innocence Claims Bill, 2012], as
reported by the Standing Committee, be referred to a Select Committee.
10. Consideration
of the following resolution moved by Syeda Sughra Imam on 13th
January, 2014:-
“The House calls upon the Government to include all water disputes of

consideration of the following resolution moved by Mr. Karim Ahmed Khawaja on 3rd February, 2014:-
“This House recommends that Charter of Democracy between Mohterma Benazir Shaheed and Mian Muhammad Nawaz Shareef be implemented especially Constitutional Court with
equal number of Judges from all provinces may be established to decide the
constitutional matters.”.

AFRASIAB KHATTAK AND MR.
FARHATULLAH BABAR to move the following resolution:-
“This House calls upon the Government to
prepare and make public a workable plan for FATA to cleanse it of militant
networks, provide compensation to the victims of militancy, relief or
rehabilitation of IDPs and a massive programme for the socio-economic uplift of the people.”.

KAMRAN to move the following
resolution:-
"The
House recommends that the Government should make necessary arrangements for
vocational training of the prisoners in Pakistani jails and educational
facilities for children in those jails.".
14. COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-
“This
House recommends that the Government may fix consultation fee of private
doctors in ICT.”.
15. MR. MUHAMMAD MOHSIN KHAN LEGHARI to move the following resolution:-
"The
Senate of Pakistan urges upon the Federal Government to recommend to
the Provincial Government of Punjab to revive the Old Zoning criteria in the
allocation of Provincial jobs.".
16. COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move the following resolution:-
“This House
recommends that basic salaries of Federal Government Employees may be increased
in proportion to price hike in the country.”.
17. Further discussion on the following
motion moved by Mian Raza Rabbani on 11th February, 2014:-
“The House may
discuss the privatization policy of the Government.”.
18. MR. ABDUL HASEEB KHAN to move that this House may discuss
the overall condition of Health sector after devolution of the subject of
Health to provinces in pursuance of 18th Amendment in the
Constitution.
19. MR.
FARHATULLAH BABAR to move that this
House may discuss the issue of import of LNG to meet shortage of energy in the
country.
20. MR.
MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move that the House may
discuss the overall performance of Pakistan International Airlines.
21. COL. (R) SYED
TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the House may discuss the
situation arising out of non-vacation of government quarters by the Estate
Office Islamabad from the unauthorized occupants.

MR. AFRASIAB KHATTAK to move that the Senate of Pakistan may discuss the
overall effects of ban on appointments in the Federal Government departments
with particular reference to
