7. SENATOR SHAHI SYED, Chairman, Standing
Committee on Housing and Works, to present report of the Committee on the
subject matter of starred question No. 112, asked by Senator Begum Najma Hameed on 27th January, 2012.
8. MR.
FARHATULLAH BABAR to move for leave to introduce a Bill to define the
powers, immunities and privileges of the members of the Parliament of Pakistan
and its Committees [The Members of Parliament (Powers, Immunities and
Privileges) Bill, 2014].

10. Further
discussion on the following motion moved by Mr. Abdul Haseeb Khan on 10th
March, 2014:-
“This
House may discuss the overall condition of Health sector after devolution of
the subject of Health to provinces in pursuance of 18th Amendment in
the Constitution.”.
11. MR.
ABDUL NABI BANGASH to move that this House may
discuss the overall performance of the Ministry of Housing and Works.
12. MR.
MUHAMMAD MOHSIN KHAN LEGHARI to move that the House may discuss the
situation arising out of recent floods in the country and the steps taken by
the Government to cope with the same.
13. MR.
FARHATULLAH BABAR to move that this House may discuss the overall
performance of the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
14. NAWABZADA
SAIFULLAH MAGSI to move that the House may discuss the recommendations
made by the Civil Services Reforms Committee constituted by the Prime
Minister particularly those pertaining to promotions in the civil
bureaucracy on the pattern of Pak Army.

SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN MASHHADI to move that the House may discuss the situation
arising out of allotment of plots to C.D.A. employees on green belts in
Islamabad.
16. HAFIZ HAMDULLAH to move the following resolution:-
“This House
recommends that the Government may take effective steps to promote Islamic
Banking System in the country.”.
17. SYED MUZAFAR HUSSAIN SHAH to move the following resolution:-
“This House
recommends that the working capital of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) may be increased by at least 50%.”.
18. MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD to move the following resolution:-
“This House
recommends that the Government should take affective steps to control
corruption in the country.”.
19. COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN
MASHHADI to move the
following resolution:-
“This House
recommends that the Government should take immediate steps to establish
Universities in each district of the country.”.
20. SYED MUZAFAR HUSSAIN SHAH to move the following
resolution:-
“This House
recommends that the Federal Government may grant subsidy on tariffs of
electricity and diesel for agricultural areas in the country where water is being
lifted through lift machines in order to facilitate the farming community of
those areas.”.
