4. MR. SIKANDAR HAYAT KHAN BOSAN, Minister for
National Food Security and Research, to move that the Bill to amend the Seed Act, 1976 [The Seed Amendment
Bill, 2015], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

6. MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law,
Justice and Human Rights, to move
that the Bill further to amend the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act,
1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as
passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

Justice and Human Rights, to move
that the Bill further to amend the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act,
1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2015] be
passed.
8. MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for
Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that the Bill to provide for the
incorporation and functioning of credit bureaus and to provide for matters
connected therewith and incidental thereto [The Credit Bureaus Bill, 2015], as
passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.

Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that the Bill to provide for the

10. MR. MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for
Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that the Bill to amend and
consolidate law for the regulation of the securities industry and the
protection of investors [The Securities Bill, 2015], as reported by the
Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that the Bill to amend and
consolidate law for the regulation of the securities industry and the
protection of investors [The Securities Bill, 2015] be passed.

rule 263 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012,
that the requirement of rule 120 of the said Rules, be dispensed with in order
to take into consideration the Bill to rationalize and reorganize the local
government system in the Federal Capital [The Islamabad Capital Territory Local
Government Bill, 2015], as passed by the National Assembly.

IRFAN to draw
attention of the Minister for Commerce to a matter of sufficient public
importance regarding the decision of the Government to call back the Commercial
Councilors posted abroad.
