6.      SENATOR DR. JEHANZEB JAMALDINI, Chairman, Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges, to present report of the Committee, on the breach of privilege of the House due to non-provision of brief by the Secretary Cabinet to the Minister for responding the Admitted Adjournment Motion, placed on the Orders of the Day for discussion on 4th November, 2015.

7.      SENATOR SALEEM MANDVIWALA, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to move that under sub-rule (1) of rule 194 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012, the delay in presentation of report of the Committee on the Bill to amend the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010 [The Anti-Money Laundering (Amendment) Bill, 2014], introduced on 31st December, 2014, be condoned till today.

8.      SENATOR SALEEM MANDVIWALA, Chairman, Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, to present report of the Committee on the Bill to amend the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010 [The Anti-Money Laundering (Amendment) Bill, 2014].

 

9.      SENATOR MUHAMMAD TALHA MEHMOOD, Chairman, Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat, to present report of the Committee on the matter referred by the House on 2nd November, 2015, regarding the relief work and subsequent steps taken by the Government in the wake of earthquake of October, 2015.

10.    Updated / detailed Report by the Minister Incharge of the Climate Change, on the relief activities in the aftermath of recent earthquake.

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

11.    MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Islamabad Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal [The Islamabad Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

12.    MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill to provide for the establishment of the Islamabad Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal [The Islamabad Subordinate Judiciary Service Tribunal Bill, 2015] be passed.

 

13.    MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill further to amend the Federal Judicial Academy Act, 1997 [The Federal Judicial Academy (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

14.    MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill further to amend the Federal Judicial Academy Act, 1997 [The Federal Judicial Academy (Amendment) Bill, 2015] be passed.
