CONSIDERATION OF ADMISSIBILITY OF

ADJOURNMENT MOTIONS

 

2.      Admissibility of the following Adjournment Motions will be determined:-

 

(i)      Adj. Motion No.5(116)/2015-M, notice given of by Sardar Muhammad Azam Khan Musakhel, regarding appointment of officers of BPS-21 and 22 in the provinces of Balochistan, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

 

(ii)     Adj. Motion No.6(116)/2015-M, notice given of by Sardar Muhammad Azam Khan Musakhel, regarding the unreasonable treatment by the Federal Government with the people of Balochistan.

 

(iii)    Adj. Motion No.8(116)/2015-M, notice given of by Mrs. Rubina Khalid, regarding alleged rigging in the recently held local bodies elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and incidents of violence during those elections.

 

(iv)    Adj. Motion No.9(116)/2015-M, notice given of by Dr. Ashok Kumar, regarding the dispute between PSO and PNSC due to which shortage of petrol is likely to be emerged throughout the country in the month of Ramadan.

 

CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE

 

3.      CHAUDHARY TANVIR KHAN to draw attention of the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division to a matter of sufficient public importance regarding the rapid increase in Kachi Abadis all over the country especially in Islamabad Capital Territory.

 

M O T I O N

 

4.      Further consideration of the following motion moved by Mr. Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization, on 5th June, 2015:-

 

                   “That the Senate may make recommendations to the National Assembly on the Finance Bill, 2015, containing the Annual Budget Statement, under Article 73 of the Constitution.”.

 

CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE

 

5.      MR. ILYAS AHMAD BILOUR, MR. SHAHI SYED, MS. SITARA AYAZ AND MR. MUHAMMAD DAUD KHAN ACHAKZAI, ADVOCATE to draw attention of the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs to a matter of sufficient public importance regarding alleged irregularities and rigging in the recent local bodies elections in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
