CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE

 

4.      MS. SITARA AYAZ to draw attention of the Minister for Defence to a matter of sufficient public importance regarding non-regularization of services of about 1237 teachers of FGEI, Cantt Garrison particularly F.G. Model Primary School, Lalazar, Rawalpindi Cantt who have been serving on temporary basis since the last twenty years.

 

PERIODICAL REPORTS BY MINISTERS ON MATTERS REFERRED BY THE HOUSE

 

5.      Periodical reports by Ministers on the following matters referred by the House, under rule 265A of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012:-

 

(i)

Report by the Minister for Inter-Provincial Co-ordination regarding mounting of attack by a group of 150 armed men at the football house at Lahore on 12th April, 2015, raised by Senator Rubina Irfan, on 14th April, 2015;

(ii)

Report by the Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan regarding directions of the Government of AJK to the people belonging to FATA working in Kashmir to leave the area, raised by Senator Hidayat Ullah, on 14th April, 2015;

(iii)

Report by the Minister for Capital Administration and Development Division regarding non-provision of books to the special children of National Center for Handicapped Children, Sector G-8, Islamabad, which is discrimination as the Government is providing books to the normal children of other schools, raised by Senator Saeed Ghani, on 14th May, 2015; and

(iv)

Report by the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division regarding the proposed laying off of sixty thousand contract employees by the present Government due to which a great unrest has been spread amongst the families of those workers, raised by Senator Mukhtiar Ahmed Dhamrah @ Aajiz, on 20th May, 2015.

 

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

 

6.      MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill further to amend the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

7.      MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights, to move that the Bill further to amend the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973 [The Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils (Amendment) Bill, 2015] be passed.

 

8.      MR. SIKANDAR HAYAT KHAN BOSAN, Minister for National Food Security and Research, to move that the Bill to amend the Seed Act, 1976 [The Seed (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as reported by the Standing Committee, be taken into consideration at once.

 

9.      MR. SIKANDAR HAYAT KHAN BOSAN, Minister for National Food Security and Research, to move that the Bill to amend the Seed Act, 1976 [The Seed (Amendment) Bill, 2015] be passed.

 

CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE

 

10.    MR. NAUMAN WAZIR KHATTAK to draw attention of the Minister for Water and Power to a matter of sufficient public importance regarding the instructions being given by the Ministry of Water and Power to PESCO and other DISCOs to carryout seven hours load shedding of electricity on industries during Ramazan even if the DISCO is within the daily allocated MW quota.
