ORDINANCE TO BE LAID

3. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to lay before the Senate the Sacked Employees (Reinstatement) Ordinance, 2010 (Ordinance No.II of 2010), as required by clause (2)(a)(ii) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

4. DR. ZAHEER-UD-DIN BABAR AWAN, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, to move that the Bill to make provisions for free legal assistance to the indigent persons [The Public Defender and Legal Aid Office Bill, 2010], as passed by the National Assembly, be taken into consideration.
