amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution
(Amendment) Bill, 2010].
MOTION
4. MR. WASIM SAJJAD to move that the Bill
further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 [The Code of Criminal
Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2010], passed by the Senate and transmitted to the
National Assembly but not passed by that House within ninety days, be referred
to the joint sitting of both the Houses of Majlis-e-Shoora
(Parliament) for consideration under Article 70(3) of the Constitution of the
Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
5. Further
discussion on the following Motion moved by Dr. Khalid Mehmood Soomro on
“This House may discuss the problem of
un-employment in
the country.”.
6. MST. AFIA ZIA to move that the House may discuss
lack of facilities at Federal Government hospitals in the country.
7. DR. MUHAMMAD ISMAIL BULEDI to move that this House may discuss the
overall performance of the Civil Aviation Authority.
8. MR.
MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move that the House may
discuss the Housing Policy of the Government with particular reference to the
housing schemes for low paid government employees.
9. PROF. KHURSHID AHMED to move that the House may discuss the UN
Commission’s Report on Assassination of Benazir
Bhutto Shaheed and the progress made so far in this
regard.
10. COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN
MASHHADI to move that the House may discuss the Education Policy of the
Government.
11. Discussion on the following Resolution
moved by Dr. Khalid
Mehmood Soomro on
“This House recommends that the loans written off by the Government
Departments, Banks and Financial Institutions so far may be recovered
immediately.”.
12. MR. MUHAMMAD TALHA MAHMOOD to move the following Resolution:-
“This
house recommends that effective steps be taken to eradicate child labour in the country.”
13. COL. (R) SYED TAHIR HUSSAIN
MASHHADI to move the
following Resolution:-
“This House recommends that stipends
be granted to all the unemployed educated persons in the country.”.
14. HAJI GHULAM ALI to move the following Resolution:-
“This House recommends that in order
to provide employment opportunities to the educated youth maximum age limit for
Government service may be enhanced upto 35 years.”.
15. DR.
KHALID MEHMOOD SOOMRO to move the following Resolution:-
“This House recommends that water filtration plants may be installed in
each city and village of the country to save the people from water borne
diseases.”.
16. HAFIZ RASHID AHMAD to move the
following Resolution:-
“This House
recommends that the Government may announce Special Development Package for
Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) to bring the area at par with other
parts of the country.”.
