and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of
report of the Committee on starred question No.163 asked on 20th
January, 2010, regarding funds provided by the Government to Peace Committees
and Lashkers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province and FATA
during the last year, be condoned till
today.

Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2010], as passed by the National
Assembly, be taken into consideration.

further to amend the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Ordinance, 1965 [The
Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2010], be passed.
