Administrator, Evacuee Trust Property, Peshawar.

that under sub-rule (1) of rule 171 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of
Business in the Senate, 1988, the delay in presentation of report of the
Committee on starred question No.64, asked by Senator Muhammad Zahid Khan on 14th January, 2010, regarding
property of Pakistan Railways located at Bank Road Rawalpindi, be condoned till today.

taken into consideration.
